Our Mission

     The Huber Heights Athletic Foundation is a non-profit organization dedicated to the improvement of athletics and other activities in the Huber Heights City Schools and in the community in general.  The name of this corporation shall be the Huber Heights Athletic Foundation. (Hereinafter referred to as “the foundation”). This organization was incorporated under the laws of the state of Ohio, March 13^lh, 1985.

Organization Profile

   The Foundation is composed of 12 board members with two positions currently vacant.  It consists of a president, vice-president, secretary, and treasurer.  The rest of the positions are general board positions assigned to various responsibilities.

    Persons wishing to apply for a vacant position on the Board of Directors must submit a dated letter of intent to the Board of Directors. The Board will review prospective applicants letter of intent, with final approval resting with the President.
